1. What is the difference between the G-version of the film and the PG
version?
[-] We have provided 2 versions of our film to accommodate our audience. The PG-version of the film (PG stands for parental guidance) is the original version which includes minimal profanity. The G-version of the film (which stands for General Audiences) omits the profanity and is therefore geared towards families and schools wanting to purchase a clean version of the film.
2. Is it possible to download the film?
[-] We do not have that set up. The best and easiest method of getting the film is through purchasing it through our website. Or you can download the DVD Order Form from the website, print it, fill out your information and send it to us along with your cheque in the mail to
Take Action Films Inc.,

and we will send the DVD to you.

3. Can I get a loaner of the DVD?
[-] Unfortunately, we are a small production company that survives off of our DVD purchases. We hope this doesn't discourage you from purchasing the film.
4. How many days does it take until I receive the film?
[-] It depends on which shipping method you chose when purchasing the DVD from our website. If you chose regular mail, it should take about 7-14 business days for the DVD to arrive. However, you also have the option of having it sent Canada Post Expedited which takes 2-7 business days, or if you are eager to watch the DVD and just cannot wait another day, we can Fedex overnight the DVD. The shipping cost will increase accordingly.
If you are expecting a dvd and it has not arrived, please contact us at dvdproblems@garbagerevolution.com and provide your order number so that we can attempt to track it down with the Canada Post/Fedex/or whichever shipping method you have chosen.

5. I received my DVD but it arrived broken and/or is not working.
[-] Please email us at dvdproblems@garbagerevolution.com and we will make sure to send you another copy right away.
6. What is the length of the film?
[-] The length of the film is 76 minutes.
7. Why is there a different rate for schools, libraries, and organizations?
[-] When your school, library or organization purchases the film, the rate is higher because they are also purchasing the public performance rights of the film. This means that they have the right to screen the film to the whole school, keep it in stock in the library for future viewing, and to screen to a large public group.
The single DVD purchase for $19.99 is for private/home use only. We understand that there are some schools that have tight budgets and we sympathize with that. We hope you'll understand that we too are a small production company that survives off of our DVD sales. We think the educational message of this film is important for students and schools to see, and a worthwhile investment, so we hope the cost does not discourage you from purchasing the film.
If you do purchase the film and you screen it to your class or school, if you videotape the discussion after the screening, you can upload it on to our website. Check out our website for other schools that have uploaded their screenings.
